To submit a request to OliveFX, simply fill in a quick form with your contact details and submit the form. Visit the Contact Us section on the Support page.
If you have already logged in to our website and need support, visit the Support Centre and Raise a New Request. Then simply select the type of request, the category of the request, and when prompted, upload the applicable documents, if any. You may add comments at this stage to elaborate on your request. When you are ready, click the Submit button.

First login to your OliveFX accounts. Then, at the top right hand corner of the screen, click on your account name. Then select your personal information to access those details.

To open a Live Trading Account with OliveFX, you must be at least 18 years old.

To view your trading history, firstly login, then go to the Dashboard in your OliveFX account and then choose which account you wish to view (Trading, Investment or your Social Trading Account). At the bottom of the page, go to the Transaction History section and select which account you want to view the history for.

If you want to become a Portfolio Manager, simply login to your OliveFX account and select Trading Services. Then click on the link for Start Life as a Portfolio Manager and read through the advantages of being a Portfolio Manager. If you wish to apply, click on the Apply Now link, fill in the required details and submit your application. The OliveFX team will notify you if your account has been approved or if you need to take alternate steps.

To become a Trade Leader, you need to have a Live account and to have real money in that account, then you can start publishing right away.

Login to your OliveFX account. Go to the top right hand corner of the page and click on your name, then select your Trading Profile Page.

Account Registration

It’s easy to register with OliveFX! To get started click here and register your details. After you’ve entered your information, click ‘Send OTP’ (which means One Time Password). You’ll then receive an access code, which you can use as your password by SMS and Email, which you should use when prompted. Then click Register.

An OTP (One Time Password) is required when you request to open an account or change password with OliveFX. We use a two-factor authentication method to ensure that your account stays secure. The OTP is sent by email and SMS to you, and you will need to enter the code provided to proceed to Register an account or Change your Password.

Login to your OliveFX account. After you have logged in, go to the top right hand corner of the webpage, and click on your Username. Then select the link for Personal Information, and then the Registered Address section. Select the Password field, and then click on Change Password, enter the required details and then click SAVE.

If you have forgotten your password, click here Enter the email address that you currently have registered with OliveFX, and then enter the Captcha answer, before clicking Submit. Then go to your email Inbox and check your email for an email from OliveFX. The email contains a secure link that will bring you to the page to set a new password.

Yes, with OliveFX you can register via your preferred social media account, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Google+. Simply choose the option to login with your social media account instead.
Please note that if you have already created an account with OliveFX using your email address, and then choose to login via your social media account, you may be prompted to reset your OliveFX password.

You may change your email address or phone number, login to your OliveFX account. After you have logged in, go to the top right hand corner of the webpage, and click on your Username to access your Personal Information. Then visit the My Profile page to Raise a Request and follow the steps. First select the type of request, the category of the request, and when prompted, upload the applicable documents, if any. You may add comments at this stage to elaborate on your request. When you are ready, click the Submit button.

Please allow two business days to make the changes you have requested.

If you receive this message, it means that our system does not recognise your login credentials.
If your email address is not registered with us, please register at this link.
If you have forgotten your password, select the Forgot Password link obtain a new Password. Enter the email address that you currently have registered with OliveFX, and then enter the Captcha answer, before clicking Submit. Then go to your email Inbox and check your email for an email from OliveFX. The email contains a secure link that will bring you to the page to set a new password.
Please note that with OliveFX, you only need one set of login details to open multiple trading accounts as well as access other products and services.

Wallet

When you open an OliveFX account, a Wallet will be created for you. The Wallet is used to manage your money within your OliveFX account. It is here that you can make deposits, withdrawals and transfers between your trading accounts (varying currencies), or to your invest account.

Anyone that has an OliveFX account will be given a Wallet.

You can deposit using bank wire transfer or PayPal. For wire transfer details click here
For other methods, login and select FUND WALLET (the yellow button at the top of the OliveFX account screen). Then simply follow the instructions on screen.

Login to your OliveFX account and select Withdraw on the homepage. Then choose the Wallet or OliveFX account you wish to withdraw from and fill in the form. You must state a reason for the withdrawal. This process is subject to two-factor identification and you will be required to select and enter a One Time Password (OTP) that will be sent to you via email or SMS. You can then submit the form to request the Withdrawal. Once the Withdrawal transaction is approved, you will be notified by email. International wire transfers will incur a handling fee of A$30.

Login to transfer funds from your Wallet to your trading account, you will need to select Transfer under My Accounts. Choose the Wallet types that you want to transfer funds between (to and from), and the account you wish to use, along with the amount of the transfer. Then click Confirm Transfer.

Depositing money to your OliveFX account is safe, private and secure. All transactions are communicated using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which ensures that your personal information is safe.

Login to your OliveFX account. Select My Accounts Transfer. Choose the Wallet type from the tabs available (e.g. choose Securities, Bullion or Indices).
Select and make an Transfer. Choose the Wallet types that you want to transfer funds between (to and from), and the account you wish to use, along with the For example, if you choose Securities, in that Wallet you can buy or sell securities, by internally transferring the funds from your Cash Wallet for the amount you buy or sell securities. Similarly, this applies if you choose Bullion or Indices.

If you are not seeing a credit yet, it may be that:

  • The amount you deposited is above the maximum deposit limit set by your country’s regulators, which means that it is subject to approval and the transaction is undergoing a verification and authentication process prior to approval of the credit, or
  • The third-party payment process has failed

The balances in your Securities, Bullion or Indices accounts are subject to market fluctuations and therefore may vary in amount.

When buying or selling Securities, Bullion or Indices, the rate is calculated at the point of time that you make the order, and may vary according to market fluctuations.
A delay may occur at the time the buy or sell order is received, as the transaction is subject to a rigorous approval process. Such delays could mean a difference in values when the transaction is realised. For further information about this, please refer our Product Disclosure Statement

Accounts-OliveFX

You can open a Demo Accounts to practice trading in the real market environment, without exposing your own money. OliveFX does not guarantee that you will experience the same trading results as with a Live account as the demo account uses virtual money for all transactions. In the demo environment, you can experiment with various strategies and executing trades without risking your money.

Once you are confident of your trading skills in the OliveFX environment, you can open a Live Account, which is when you can trade and execute strategies with real money.

Once you register with OliveFX, you are given a Demo Account. That enables you time to get comfortable with our services. To open a Demo Account, simply go to Open An Account, or if you’ve logged into OliveFX and already have an Account, go to My Accounts and then, Create Account. Choose Account type as Demo. Then fill in the form and wait until you are notified by email at your registered email address.

To open a Live Account, simply go to Open An Account, or if you’ve logged into OliveFX and already have an Account, go to My Accounts and then, Create Account. Choose Account type as Live. Then fill in the form and wait until you are notified by email at your registered email address.

Login go to the OliveFX Dashboard to view all the accounts you have opened with OliveFX. Simply click on View Type to see your account type.

When you open an account with OliveFX we offer base currencies that include AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD and SGD.

If you cannot enter your Trading Account, check your email for the initial account opening notice from OliveFX to check if you have entered your username and password correctly.
If you are still unsure what your password is and need to change it, check first that you are using the email address that you initially registered with OliveFX. Then click on Forgot Password. You may also try to:

  • Clear your browser’s cache
  • Login again
  • Use another browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome etc.).
  • Check your internet connectivity
  • Make sure you are not already connected in another window or platform

You can change your Trading Account password. Simply login and go to Existing Accounts under the My Accounts tab.
Then select the Trading Account you want to change password for, and click on Change Password. Then click on Send OTP to get a one time password by filling in the relevant details (phone number and email address). Enter the OTP and then check your email for a link to reset your password.

Once you have selected the base currency of a trading account, you cannot change the denomination of that account, however, you can open another account that is denominated with a different base currency. Then simply transfer funds from your old account to the new one.

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

An investment account allows an investor to put their money in the hands of a Portfolio Manager, an experienced Forex trader. The investment account represents an investor's share in the Portfolio Manager Account, which is a trading account on which the Portfolio Manager makes all the trading decisions.

To view your Earnings statement and Payables, simply login to your OliveFX account and go to My Accounts and select My Statement. You can view your Earnings and Payables under the respective tabs.

There is no time limit on active accounts and you may close an investment account at any time.

Experienced FX traders can become Portfolio Managers. Portfolio Managers can control the funds of other investors and earn a percentage of any profit on the account, depending upon the success of their trading.
Portfolio Managers can create their own strategy and distribute and promote the strategy to attract investors. Portfolio managers can manage the strategy by using OliveFX’s full investment management solution and by securing marketing assistance from OliveFX.
To open a Portfolio Management strategy, please follow these steps:
Login to OliveFX. Then, make a deposit to your Trading Account that is greater than or equal to the amount you would like to invest in your trading account. Under the Olive Invest tab, go to Create Strategy and fill the relevant details. (You can also choose the Live Investor following your strategy). Click Submit
Before you can attach an account to your Strategy, wait for the email notification that the Strategy is approved.
If the Create Strategy option is disabled for you, please raise a request to our Support Centre and then monitor your email, as registration details will be sent to you by email at your registered email address.

Once you have opened an account with OliveFX, make a deposit. To open an investment account, you must do the following. Login to OliveFX and make a deposit to your trading account that is greater than or equal to the amount you would like to invest. Go to the Olive Invest tab, and select Strategy List. Select the Portfolio Manager Account you wish to invest with and click on Invest. Fill the required information and enter the amount of money you wish to invest, then click Invest. Monitor your email as the registration details will be sent to your registered email address.

Portfolio Managers are subject to assessment and you will be required to upload at least one year of your trading history, which be assessed by our team.

SOCIAL TRADING

Social Trading enables clients to automatically replicate another Trader’s portfolio and trading activity. The Social Trading platform enables anyone to become a leader or a follower, even if you simply wish to trade solo.

First login and make a deposit to your trading account. Then visit the Social Trading section and click on Create Strategy. Fill in the required details. You can choose a Live investor following the creation of your Strategy. Then click Submit. The submission is subject to our approval process and approval needs to be received before you can attach an Account to your Strategy.
Before you can attach an account to your Strategy, wait for the email notification that the Strategy is approved.
If the Create Strategy option is disabled for you, please raise a request to our Support Centre and then monitor your email, as registration details will be sent to you by email at your registered email address.

Once you have an active Trading Account with OliveFX, you can make a deposit to your account that is greater than or equal to the amount you wish to invest. Then go to the Social Trading option and select Strategy List. Click on Follow on the Strategy you wish to follow and fill in the required details. Then click Follow.

You can keep track of your accounts by login to OliveFX, select Social Trading, then Following Accounts. You can then observe your Active, Under Approval and Unfollowed Accounts.
